Austin is known as the live music capital of the world for a good reason. This is the home of Austin City Limits and the South by Southwest music festival. But there's more. Being the home of the University of Texas, Austin has fabulous college sports. The Longhorns always have fantastic football, basketball and baseball teams.
So how about boing outdoors? Lake Travis is the gem of the Texas Hill Country. Boating, water skiing, fishing and scuba diving are great on Lake Travis. We also have a number of excellent parks for hiking, rock climbing and mountain biking. Just a short drive away we have some fabulous caverns, more lakes and great parks.
