Avery Ranch is a huge subdivision that is served by two school districts. Some people prefer one school district over the other, so I have split the subdivision by school district. The properties shown below are in Avery Ranch and are served by Leander ISD schools.
As I mentioned, Avery Ranch is very large. With around 4,000 homes, it covers 1,800 acres. Avery Ranch has an 18 hole golf course bordered by a lake, pools, tennis and hike and bike trails.
The location of Avery Ranch is ideal for people commuting to work in Round Rock, Cedar Park or north Austin. It is also right next to Hwy 183 so getting to Austin via Mopac or Loop 360 from 183 isn't too bad a commute.
