Barton Hills wraps around part of Barton Creek along Mopac Expressway from Lady Bird Lake to just south of Ben White Blvd. The creek and hills of the area make for some great privacy and good views.
Barton Hills has quite a bit of park land, including the famous Austin landmark Zilker Park. Being so close in and such a nice neighborhood, Barton Hills is not an inexpensive area in which to own a home.
