Bella Vista is a relatively small neighborhood in Cedar Park Zip Code 78613 off FM 2769 east of the golf community of Twin Creeks and west of Anderson Mill Rd. Not far from RR 620 and Hwy 183, getting to places like Lakeway, Round Rock and downtown Austin is fairly simple. Bella Vista is also very close to major shopping at Lakeline Mall, local grocery stores and other retail establishments.
