Bouldin Creek is a charming and older neighborhood south of Lady Bird Lake bordered roughly by South Lamar, Oltorf, South Congress and Lady Bird Lake.
Being so close to downtown Austin and up and coming SoCo (South Congress), Bouldin Creek has seen property values rise quite a bit over the last few years. A couple of fun places to hang out in this neighborhood are the Bouldin Creek Coffee Shop and green Pasture Restaurant.
