Breezy Hollow is a central Austin neighborhood south of Koenig Lane between Jeff Davis Ave, Arroyo Seco and Woodrow Ave. Most homes in the neighborhood date from the late 1940s and 1950s, but some have been replaced by new homes. Many Breezy Hollow homes have been very nicely updated and rmodeled. Homes in Breezy Hollow range in size from just over 800 to just over 2,000 square feet.
Area residents can access both IH 35 to the east and Mopac Expressway to the west using Koenig Lane. From 35 or Mopac, downtown Austin, the University of Texas and north Austin are not much of a drive.
