Caballo Ranch is neighborhood in eastern Leander east of Parmer Lane and north of E. Whitstone Blvd. A relatively new community, homes began selling in Caballo Ranch in 2009. Homes in the community range in size from a little over 2,000 squre feet to over 3,300 square feet.
Neighborhood amenities include a community swimming pool, splash park, a children's play area and a park. Caballo Ranch is convenient to Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock and north Austin. Caballo Ranch is served by Leander ISD schools.
