The Cliff Over Lake Austin is a neighborhood that is very easy to miss. Accessed from Butte Blvd. off RR 2222 just south of Cat Mountain, the Cliff Over Lake Austin is a compact neighborhood. Some homes in the neighborhood overlook Lake Austin to the west. Cliff Over Lake Austin homes range from just under 2,000 to over 5,000 square feet. Home building began in the neighborhood in 1980.
Being situated just off RR 2222, residents of the area have quick access to Loop 360 to the west and Mopac Expressway, both major arteries. Close to the neighborhood are Mount Bonnell and the Austin Country Club. Lake Travis and the Oasis Restaurant are just 10 minutes to the west.
