 Comanche Trail Estates is a small neighborhood overlooking the main basin of Lake Travis close to Mansfield Dam. It includes Cedar Street and Hughs Park Road.
There are some absolutely amazing homes in Comanche Trail Estates. Some literally almost hang off cliffs, some are waterront homes and some are close to 300 feet above the water, offering some of the most dramatic views anywhere in Texas.
The photo to the left is one I took a number of years from a lot I had listed. It shows the incredible view some homes in the neighborhood have.
Comanche Trail Estates has major shopping, restaurants, entertainment and medical care near by. Down RR 620 to the northwest is an area known as Four Points. In the other direction are the cities of Lakeway and Bee Cave. There residents have access to the Lakeway Regional Medical Center, the Hill Country Galleria Mall and much more.
Comanche Trail Estates is served by the excellent Lake Travis ISD schools lf Lake Travis Elementary, Hudson Bend Middle and Lake Travis High School.
