Costa Bella is a very exclusive, gated community on Lake Travis. It is made up of 62 one acre lots and has homes ranging from around 5,000 square feet to over 13,000 square feet.
Costa Bella has a private marina, a 9,000 square foot clubhouse and a private swimming pool. Home prices in Costa Bella generally range from around $900,000 to over $5,000,000. A number of Costa Bella homes are waterfront and many more have very nice Lake travis views. Costa Bella is at the end of Oak Grove Blvd., which is off of Highway 620 between Mansfield Dam and Lakeway.
Costa is served by Lake Travis ISD schools, which are among the best in Texas.
