Covered Bridge is a neighborhood in the hills in Oak Hill, which is in the southwest Austin area. Just north of what locals call the Y at Oak Hill (where Highway 72 splits from 290), Covered Bridge is pretty convenient to the downtown Austin area. It is also just 15-20 minutes from Lake Travis and all it has to offer recreationally, which is to the north.
The neighborhood has an Amenities Center, hike and bike trails, playscapes for the kids, fields to play ball in or fly a kite in and a community pool.
