Davenport Ranch is an Austin subdivision that runs on the east side of Loop 360 between the Austin Country Club on Lake Austin and Ayers Drive. Beyond Ayers Drive is the Wild Basin Nature Preserve and homes that back to the preserve are very private.
Davenport Ranch is in the Hill Country and many homes have spectacular views. Homes at the north end of Davenport Ranch will actually back to the golf course at the Austin Country Club. Many homes in this area look down on the golf course and Lake Austin.
