Lakeway is home to three marinas - the Lakeway Marina, Hurst Harbor Marina and the new Rough Hollow Marina and Yacht Club. Each marina offers something unique. Rough Hollow is very exclusive, Hurst Harbor is more casual and the Lakeway Marina is very convenient to anyone owning Lakeway real estate. Lakeway is also home to a private airpark. There are homes with hangars along several streets, making it great for private pilots.
The Lakeway Lakeway City Park, a Lake Travis waterfront park, has hiking trails, play areas for kids, picnic areas and a sandy beach. Covering 64 acres, this is a great place to go on the weekends. Lakeway offers movies in the park during summer months. Lakeway also has two several very nice greenbelts. The greenbelts are great for simple walks and also include some primitive trails for the more hardy explorers.
