Pemberton Heights is an exclusive central Austin neighborhood located north of Windsor Rd. between Mopac and North Lamar. The neighborhood was established in the late 1820s when the Austin Land Company built a bridge across Shoal Creek. Pemberton Heights has an active homeowner's association.
