The Austin Web Savvy REALTOR® Alliance is a small group of prominent Austin REALTORS®. The group is dedicated to making buying and selling Austin real estate more efficient and effective. The group is currently comprised of Curtis Reddehase, Joe Cline, Sam Chapman and Brian Talley.
The Austin Web Savvy REALTOR® meets monthly to discuss how each member of the group can improve the experience of their website visitors. They are also actively engaged in working toward getting people needing to sell an Austin home greater visibility on the internet. In addition to getting an Austin home listing on the local MLS, the group is discussing the use of blog posts, videos and other uses of technology to get homes seen and sold.
Understanding that over 84% of buyers look at home listings on the internet before contacting a REALTOR®, Curtis, Joe, Sam and Brian have a good understanding of how important it is to have an effective, real-time property search feature. Each of the Austin home search features on the group members websites is accurate and current. Each of these REALTORS® brings something unique to the group.
Sky Realty
Curtis Reddehase is President of Sky Realty, an Austin real estate brokerage of approximately 75 agents. Curtis works diligently with his agent on setting up and maintaining effective real estate websites and Austin real estate blogs. Curtis maintains an office on Spicewood Springs Rd. in north central Austin. Although Curtis and his team specialize helping buy and sell Central Austin real estate, he and his team work the entire Austin area.

Sam primarily works the Lake Travis real estate market, which includes homes in Lakeway, Briarcliff, Bee Cave, Apache Shores and Hudson Bend, but he does cover the rest of the Austin area as well. Although Sam specializes in working with relocating buyers, he also lists Austin homes for sale.

Brian Talley Regent Property Group LLC is owned and operated by Austin Realtor Brian Talley. Brian and his group have helped many people buy and sell Austin homes and they continue to do that today.
