The Ridge at Alta Vista is a neighborhood between Lakeway and Bee Cave just east of RR 620 directly across from Lake Travis Middle School and Lake Travis High School. It was developed by Toll Brothers in the mid-2000s.
Homes in the Ridge at Alta Vista are large and many feature walk-out basements, which are rare in Texas. Jutting into a nature preserve in the Central Texas Hill Country, homes the Ridge at Alta Vista have tremendous views. This gated community features a nice clubhouse and community pool.
Within 5 minutes of the Ridge at Alta Vista are the Hill Country Galleria Mall and the Lakeway Regional Medical Center. For outdoor recreation lovers, Lake Travis, Hamilton Pool Preserve, Reimer's Ranch Park and Westcave Preserve are close by.
The Lake Travis ISD schools Lakeway Elementary, Lake Travis Middle and Lake Travis High School serve residents of the Ridge at Alta Vista.
