River Bend is literally at a huge bend in the Colorado River, which at this point is also Lake Austin. The neighborhood is at the end of Quinlan Park Road, which runs through Steiner Ranch. Homes in River Bend that have Lake Austin frontage will be on Shore Vista Drive. Most homes in the neighborhood were built in the 1990s and 2000s.
Neighborhood kids will attend the wonder Leander ISD schools of River Ridge Elementary, Canyon Ridge Middle and Vandergrift or Cedar Park High Schools.
