The City of Rollingwood is a small city three miles southwest of downtown Austin. Year 2000 census data showed 489 residences in Rollingwood with just over 1,400 residents. There has probably been little growth since then as Rollingwood was almost entirely built out then. Rollingwood is served by the very highly acclaimed Eanes Independent School District.
Rollingwood is also close to everything one might want or need. Barton Creek Square Mall and Zilker Park are within minutes. Lake Travis is just 30 minutes to the west. The Rollingwood/West Lake Hills area has plenty of shopping and restaurants.
