Rosedale is a neighborhood a little northwest of the downtown Austin area that is bordered by 38th St., Shoal Creek, Hancock/North Loop and Lamar Blvd. Most Rosedale homes date from the 1930s and 1940s and many have been renovated.
With swimming pools, tennis courts, parks and playgrounds, Rosedale is a great place for singles and families alike. Close to downtown, close to UT, within walking distance to St. David's Hospital and close to Mopac, you can be just about anywhere in Austin within a short time.
