Saddletree Ranch is a community southwest of Austin on the Travis and Hays County line. Homes in Saddletree Ranch sit on an acre or more and horses are allowed.
Though not a huge area, Saddletree Ranch is served by two great school districts - Lake Travis ISD and Dripping Springs ISD. The map below shows the school district boundary running through the neighborhood. South of the line will be served by Dripping Springs schools. North will be Lake Travis.
Homes in Saddletree Ranch tend to be very nice. The Saddletree Ranch Property Association is good about architectural control and deed restrictions. Saddletree Ranch can be accessed from Austin by driving out Hamilton Pool Road or from Dripping Springs by off of Hwy 12.
Just 10 minutes away are the Hill Country Galleria Mall and Shops at the Galleria in Bee Cave and the Lakeway Regional Medical Center. For outdoor enthusiasts, very close to Saddletree Ranch are Hamilton Pool Preserve and Reimer's Ranch Park.
