Saddletree Ranch is a community southwest of Austin on the Travis and Hays County line. Homes in Saddletree Ranch sit on an acre or more and horses are allowed. Though not a huge area, Saddletree Ranch is served by two great school districts - Lake Travis ISD and Dripping Springs ISD.
Homes in Saddletree Ranch tend to be very nice. The Saddletree Ranch Property Association is good about architectural control and deed restrictions. Sold home prices in 2006 ranged from around $279,000 to almost $500,000, with the average being a just under $387,000.
Saddletree Ranch can be accessed from Austin by driving out Hamilton Pool Road or from Dripping Springs by off of Hwy 12.
