One thing that REALTORS® are constantly told to do is stay in touch with people we have done business with. It has something to do with keeping the relationship alive in order to get business by referral. We are supposed to send out items of value that will help people remember us.
That's fine for most REALTORS®, but I don't like sending out calendars on magnets and the like. I also don't want to send things out just so someone will see my name and face once a month. I want to provide real value. So back in August of 2007 I decided to send something out to anyone who I closed a transaction with who came to Austin from outside our area. I thought that would be a fun way to introduce people to interesting parts of Austin and Central Texas.
I don't know why I didn't think of adding these to the website until now, but it seems like a good idea. So here goes. Below are my picks for each month and I will continue to post them here.
September, 2007 - Hamilton Pool
October, 2007 - Dinosaur Footprints
November, 2007 - The Iguana Grill
December, 2007 - Josie's Bar & Grill
January, 2008 - One World Theater
February, 2008 - Inner Space Cavern
March, 2008 - Wildflower Seed Farm |
