I have just added new search and save feature to my site. This new search capability is pretty powerful, allowing you to search by map in addition to areas, price, etc. You will also have the capability to save listings in a favorites folder and save searches that you can come back to later. Another way to find homes is to have me set up a custom website for you. This feature is called a Client Gateway. Here is how it works: You provide me with your search criteria. I set up an Austin home search for you. Every time a new listing comes on the market, you will receive an email with a link to your Client Gateway. All matching listings will be on that page. You will be able to read a description of the property, view photos and see the location on a map. In addition, you will be able to file listings in folders marked favorites, possibilities and rejects. If you want to, you can also write comments about each home as you file it. If a home has a status change, such as a price change or it is no longer available, this will be shown on the Client Gateway as well.
