Tampa Bay Real Estate Overview

The Tampa Bay Real Estate area has seen many changes in the last few years. With its many new developments and much renovation in older areas, if you haven't visited our area in the last 10 years you would hardly recognize it today. One thing that never changes, however, is our beautiful beaches with crystal clear water and our brilliant white sand. Coupled with our average annual temperature of 72 degrees, the Tampa Bay area is one of the top vacation designations and relocation areas in the United States. Many people come for vacation but the vacation turns into a lifestyle change and they stay for a lifetime. What are some of the most popular areas for relocation? Here's a quick overview of the places that people are requesting these days: ClearwaterClearwater is popular for obvious reasons. It's been the beach vacation capital of the state of Florida for many years. You can live on the beach in a waterfront condominium or single family home or if a more quieter lifestyle suits you, we can find your dream home off the water in a subdivision instead. There hasn't been much new construction in Clearwater for many years because, due to its early popularity, Clearwater was built out many years ago. Many homes in the area have undergone renovations and facelifts and you would never know they were built in the 1960s and 1970s. There are some newer homes though and new condominiums, town homes and villas being built when the land can be found. Clearwater also has it's share of 55+ active adult retirement property as well. Palm HarborPalm Harbor appeals to young families and singles alike. Palm Harbor has many mature subdivisions, some great waterfront and lakefront properties, as well as newer subdivisions, condos, town homes, and villas. There are a few retirement communities, such as Highland Lakes, that are very popular with the 55+ crowd. Palm Harbor is home to great schools and is very close to the Dunedin and Tarpon Springs beaches. Lake Tarpon is a large lake in Palm Harbor where fine lakefront homes are found. Lansbrook is one of the most popular large communities in Palm Harbor, offering 19 subdivisions and many recreational amenities. Lansbrook is situated directly on Lake Tarpon and the Lansbrook Golf Course is in the East Lake area. East Lake Real Estate is quite popular and many families want to live in Lansbrook homes due to the quality of the neighborhoods and the highly rated schools in the area. TrinityIn recent years Trinity has made it's imprint on the Tampa Bay map. Just north of Tarpon Springs in Pasco County, you will find some of the best newer homes and golf course communities such as Fox Wood and Champions Club. Heritage Springs is a fantastic 55+ Adult Community offering much more than many other retirement properties. Trinity is growing every day with new homes, new shopping centers, new restaurants and new neighbors. The Trinity schools are some of the finest in the county and many families move to Trinity just for the schools.
