Mr. Chapman stepped in to help us locate a home in the Austin area with a wide variety of issues to address. During our search my husband and I felt that Sam displayed the perfect qualities of what a Realtor should be. EXTREMELY attentive to our needs, conditions and life circumstances that caused us to return to the great state of Texas. In short Sam was always thoughtful, patient, kind, helpful with an opinion when asked but never offered information unsolicited, i.e. keeping the amount of information down to only what was needed. No "fluff". He was completely patient and understanding when our first contract did not work out. He never complained or grumbled about the huge number of homes we had seen and needed to see to make a decision. Throughout this process Sam Chapman has been an OUTSTANDING example of what a Real Estate agent needs to be. I find it particularly interesting that he has far out performed several other Realtors with whom we have had experience and yet he has only been "at it" for a year. God Bless Sam Chapman and Keller Williams for helping us during a difficult time in our life. He has also been a terrific baby sitter (during inspections, etc.) and new friend for our 2 1/2 year old daughter. We cannot say "THANK YOU" enough to Sam for all he has done.
