The Reserve at Lake Travis is a Lake Travis waterfront community around an hour west of downtown Austin. It is not only a waterfront community with great lake amenities, but also an equestrian community.
The Reserve at Lake Travis has a great marina, a pavillion equipped with a nice grille and a pool with a lazy river. The equestrian facilities on this 300 acre development include boarding and training, 16 stalls, trails, a large covered arena, clinics and it hosts community events.
Home sites in The Reserve at Lake Travis are between 1 and 5 acres. Lake Travis waterfront home sites are either high above the lake on a cliff or in flatter parts of the neighborhood. The community offers villas and single-family homes. Single-family homes tend to run over 3,000 square feet and are very well appointed.
The Reserve at Lake Travis is served by the excellent Lake Travis ISD schools of Bee Cave Elementary, Lake Travis Middle and Lake Travis High Schools.
To get to The Reserve at Lake Travis, take Hwy 71 to Bee Creek Road. Turn on Thurman Bend Road and look for the entrance, which is well marked.
