University Heights is a small neighborhood a few blocks north of the University of Texas at Austin. It is made up of Laurel Street and part of West 32nd Street. Homes in University Heights range in size from around 1,200 to 3,000 square feet. Many homes in the neighborhood date from the late 1920s. Adams-Hemphill Park is just a short walk away and the Hancock Golf Course is also near by.
