Developed in the late 1990, Waterford is one of the premier waterfront communities on the north shore of Lake Travis. Waterford is located near the end of Lohman Ford Rd. On a map, you will see that it is almost directly across the lake from the city of Lakeway. That makes Waterford look reasonably close to Austin, but in reality, it is a good 50 minute drive to downtown Austin. This makes Waterford very quiet.
Homes in Waterford range in size from around 2,600 to over 13,000 square feet. Waterford offers some very nice lakefront and lake view home sites as well as many additional interior home sites. Waterford has a nice marina for area residents.
