Willa Place is a very small central Austin neighborhood south of West Koenig, between Burnett Rd. and North Lamar on Harriet Court. Most homes in Willa Place were built in the 1950s and they are quite small, with most containing 1,200 or fewer square feet. Being just a few blocks of W. Koenig, access from Willa Place to north Austin or downtown is pretty quick via Mopac Expressway or IH 35.
