Windsor Hills is a relatively inexpensive neighborhood in north central Austin. The neighborhood is bordered by IH 35 on the west, Dessau Rd. on the east, Braker Ln. on the north and Rundberg Ln. on the south.
Windsor Hills homes range in size from a little under 1,200 to a little over 2,100 square feet. Most homes in the neighborhood were built in the early to mid-1970s.
Being just off IH 35, getting to employers in downtown Austin to the south or in Round Rock to the north is fairly simple.
