The Week in Review:  November 5 – 11, 2006 (compared to the same week in 2005)
New listings up slightly by 0.84%.
Pendings up 4.98%
Solds up 3.52%.

As for Average Prices: November 5 – 11, 2006 (compared to the same week in 2005)
"New Listings" average list price is up 13.76% to $276,573. 
Sold average sales price increased 12.83% to $234,772.
In 2005 it was $208,072 during the same week.

The Month in Review:  October 2006 (compared to the same month in 2005)
New listings are up by 16.17%.
Pendings increased by 4.38%
Solds increased by 9.31%. 

As for Average Prices:
"New Listings" average list price is up by 4.42%.
Sold average sales prices increased 8.96% to $225,654 compared to $207,089 in 2005.
