I read a funny, as in why-didn't-they-think-of-that-earlier, thing today.  It seems that the people who developed the new toll roads.  It seems that nobody remembered that they had to create a way for emergency vehicles like unmarked police cars, to get on and off the roads without stopping to pay the toll.  It reminds me of the way the Texas Department of Transportation and the city of Austin are so bad at building or wedening roads and highways until after it seems like the amount of traffic far exceeds the capacity.
