"New Listings" average list price is up 35.53% to $306,485. 
Sold average sales price decreased 8.65% to $246,282.
In 2005 it was $226,668 during the same week.

The Month in Review:  November 2006 (compared to the same month in 2005)
New listings were down by 24.24%.
Pendings increased by 7.07%
Solds decreased by 5.04%. 

As for Average Prices:
"New Listings" average list price is down slightly by 1.49% to 276,966.
Sold average sales prices increased 5.37% to $233,687 compared to $221,776 in 2005.
