Up Pariscope
Up periscope - what is that supposed to mean? It means I found a pretty fun way to to show of a listing that will help set it apart. Scott Payne owns and operates Periscope Photography. Scott has a truck with a telecoping pole on the back that has a camera mounted on it. This gives him the ability to mimic an aerial photograph from the ground.

As you can see, the "periscope" can extend pretty far up. So you're wondering about the benefit of aerial type photographs when marketing a house. Putting pictures in the MLS will attract people to a property - if they are good. What if you have a house with a lot of trees in front that don't allow you to get a good shot of the front of the house? Go up and shoot down. How about a house with a nice front, but a great view from the rear? Get a photograph from above that shows the front and the view. If you go to Scott's Periscope Photography website you can see more examples.
