Latest Austin Real Estate Market Statistics
I post the latest Austin Real Estate Market Stats here when they are available. Many posts come from a weekly email I get from Alamo Title Co. Some I take from the Austin Board of REALTORS® website. You will find links here to the Alamo Title site for more statistical information.
The Week in Review: Dec. 31 – Jan 6, 2007 (compared to the same week in 2006)
New listings down 24.49%.
Pendings up 4.03%
Solds up 3.68%.
As for Average Prices: Dec. 31 – Jan 6, 2007 (compared to the same week in 2006)
"New Listings" average list price is up 19.77% to $340,261.
Sold average sales price increased 6.41% to $239,131.
In 2006 it was $224,732 during the same week.

The Month in Review: December 2006 (compared to the same month in 2005)
New listings were down by 22.34%.
Pendings increased by 9.70%
Solds increased by 3.17%.
As for Average Prices:
"New Listings" average list price is up 16.08% to 270,990.
Sold average sales prices increased 6.98% to $233,939 compared to $218,682 in 2005.
