Anyone interested in a high quality, easy to maintain, golf community home in the Lake Travis area really would consider the Villas at Flintrock Falls.  There are four models being built in phase II.  They range from 2211 square feet for a single-story plan to 3041 for a two-story plan.  Prices range from around $400,000 for the smaller Pienza plan to $569,000 for the Arezzo, the largest two-story plan on the golf course.  The two-story Arezzo if built toward one end of Borello Drive will offer view of the golf course and long distant Hill Country views as well.

One thing that I like about the Villas is that they are right at the entrance of Lakeway.  This makes getting on to RM 620 and HWY 71 a very short drive, giving residents quicker access to Austin.  Being in Lakeway also gives residents the use of the Lakeway City Park and Hamilton Greenbelts I and II.  Of course, the area is also served by the Lake Travis ISD schools, which are very good.
