When the Frost Bank tower was built in downtown Austin, it really changed the skyline.  Another couple of projects look to dwarf even that 33-story building.  At 3rd & Nueces a 55-story condo tower is going in.  Called the Austonian, this project is one of many high-rise condo and apartment towers that are in the works for the downtown area.  Given just a few years, Austin's skyline will start to look more like Houston and Dallas.  I don't personally work this market because it is so very specialized.  However, a team member of mine does.  If you are interested in the downtown Austin condo and loft market, contact me and I'll get you in touch with Holly.
