Hill Country Galleria Mall Tenants
I got a floor plan for the Hill Country Galleria Mall that is under construction in Bee Cave this morning. It shows not just the floor plan, but it also shows what stores in their respective locations in the mall. It looks like there will be 11 main buildings. There will be other smaller pad sites as well. Here is the list by building:
Dillard’s and Cinemark will be in stand-alone buildings. An unnamed anchor will be in another 50,000 square foot building. Pad sites will include Walgreen’s, Wells Fargo, Wachovia, City of Bee Cave offices and several unnamed restaurants.
First Building: Aveda, Carter’s, Osh Gosh, New York & Co., Victoria’s Secret, Sunglass Hut, Eddie Bauer and Ann Taylor Loft.
Next building: Zale’s, Just Add Water, Lucky, Lucy, Ciola’s, Great American Cookie, Cold Stone Creamery, Doc Green’s, Francesca’s, Brighton’s, Gordons, Coldwater Creek, Cold Water Creek Spa and Segafredo.
Next building: Pearl, Merle Norman, Al’s Formal Wear, Waterloo and Trade Secret.
Next Building: Cingular, Wild Bird center, Select Comfort and Fish City Grill.
Next Building: Cadeau, Chico’s, Soma, Team Spirit, Delia’s, Lids, Forever and Aeroposale.
Next Building: Ruggles, Oriental Rug Galleria, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Matrespro, Fetish, Fitting Stool and Storehouse Furniture.
Next Building: Surlatable, Hallmark, Norwalk and Ethan Allen.
Next Building: Barnes & Noble, American Eagle, Finish Line, Pac Sun, Journey’s and Claire’s.
Next Building: Anthropologie, The Buckle, Bath & Body Works and Holister.
Next Building: Banana Republic, Ann Taylor and WhiteHouse/Black Market.
Next Building: California Pizza Kitchen, J Jill, Aucion Hart Jewelers and Zalton David.
Next Building: Talbot’s, Yankee Candle, Children’s Place, Treza, Cache, Charlotte Russell and Elisabeth.
There are still a number of spots in most buildings that are still open for new tenants. Please keep in mind that I took all of these names right off the floor plan. I can’t make any guarantee as to whether or not this will all be the same when the mall opens.
I expect to see people living in Lakeway, Bee Cave, Hudson Bend, Spicewood and even Marble Falls flood the new mall when it opens.
Update in August, 2009: the mall is still functioning, but filed for bankruptcy in May to avoid foreclosure.
