Some Areas within the boundaries that the MLS serves changed a little while ago.  The Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABoR) has not made its MLS Area map public and it doesn't look like it will.  So title companies have gotten on the ball.  Gracy Title has a version of the new Austin MLS map that show the new Austin MLS Areas.  I posted about this a while ago HERE that described some of the changes.  Some Areas were split into 2 or more Areas.  This made a lot of sense in most cases as the old MLS Areas were too large and had several distinctive parts.

Talking with a title company rep today I found out that eventually all title company versions o fthe new Austin MLS map will require a user login to be viewed.  So the link above may not be active in a while.
