I wrote an article recently about the Austin, TX luxury real estate market.  It got picked up on Ryan Ward's Atlanta real estate website.  The luxury market in Austin is very interesting.  I have a home under contract with a buyer right now in a subdivision called Mirador.  This is an area of very high end homes on acreage.  Many homes have great views in Mirador.  Some homes have a lot of privacy.  My buyer stated one day that Ausin high-end real estate prices are getting pretty close to California prices in areas like Mirador.  I think he is absolutely right.
