Willie Nelson owns a large ranch about 45 minutes west of Austin.  Part of the ranch will be developed into a 41 home neighborhood called Tierra Vista.  The homes will be high dollar-homes that will sit on 1 or 2 acre lots.  The home sites will overlook the Pedernales River, giving them some really great views.  Similar to the new development called Vizcaya, Tierra Vista will be a low density project.   Vizcaya, which I posted about a couple of days ago, is being developed close to Willie’s ranch and will put more luxury homes on the market in the Austin area.
