I've written about the Austonian before, but here is a bit more.  This 55 story condo project in downtown Austin is going to be pretty fancy.  Amenities are said to include built-in cappuccino machines, bathrooms with marble walls and a lounge on the 54th floor.  But wait, there's more...  There will be a dog park that will have a self-cleaning pooch potty.  And how about an outdoor movie theater and a lap pool.  Yep, the Austonian is pulling out the stops.  Buying a unit in the Austonian won't come cheap.  In fact, for people who really want to buy up (Get it - all building with high prices???), people buying on the top floors can buy up to just under $4 million.  For the low-end buyer, units can be had for around $550,000.  The Austonian will be built at the corner of second and Congress.
