Marble Falls is getting a hospital and that is big news that may have up to a 120 bed capacity..  Even better, Scott & white will manage the facility.  This will be a an acute care hospital with all the bells and whistles including trauma services,  labor and delivery and cardiology.  As the Marble Falls area has grown over time, part of the concern for many people, especially retirees, has been the lack of medical facilities.  Burnet, about a dozen miles away, is home to the only existing hospital.  Besides Burnet, Austin is the other choice and that is a long drive.
