I got an email from Kryste Dolen, the daughter of Jeff Dolen the developer of Sunset Harbor.  Susan must have seen my north shore Lake Travis real estate update.  The email said:  "I wanted to give you some updated info regarding the development.  After a long battle we finally received our zoning change and are working towards starting construction.  As of right now  the construction has not started and probably will not until January sometime.  Also the development is located on 30 acres and will consist of 112 condos or hill county villas, as we like to call them.  It will also offer a community club house with a restaurant, fitness center, and on site management office.  There will be private boat docks that the residents can purchase and a day docks.  It will be a beautiful development with green space, walking trails, multiple swimming pools and exquisite landscaping.  I am not 100 percent sure about the garage sizes but I don’t think it would be RV friendly.  We are striving to make the garages spacious enough to handle boats though."
