Business Week has a great article that isn't what we've all been reading lately.  Rather than talk all doom and gloom about the real estate market(s) in the U.S., the article has some pretty good news to share.  The article talks about how 97 markets in the country have seen healthy appreciation this year.  It talks about affordable markets.  It talks about hos strong real estate is in the south.  It specifically mentions Austin as having one of the most affordable median prices for homes.  Click here to read the article.
