Two new communities are coming on line in the Lakeway and Bee Cave area.

North Lakeway features town homes and single family homes. The prices range from the low 300's to the mid 400's. The town homes are 2,500 to 2,600 square feet. The single family homes are 2,250, 4,000 square feet. This project features great Hill Country and Lake Views.  North Lakeway can be accessed from Clara Van Trail off of RR 620 or a gated entrance from Clubhouse Drive in Lakeway.
 
The Lakeside section features home sites up to one - half acre. The premium sites have some very nice Lake Travis views. The homes in this section are from the $480's to $580's 2,700 square feet to 4,282 square feet. 

The builder in North Lakeway is Ryland Homes.  Ryland is a production builder that takes building to a different level than many production builders when it comes to efficiency or energy use.  Ryland utilizes tight construction, cellulose insulation, low E windows, high efficiency air conditioning systems, pressure balanced duct work and moisture management among other things.  This makes the homes more energy efficient and helps to prevent outdoor pollutants from getting into the homes.
 
Ryland will also open Falconhead West in January, 2008. The homes in this community will be priced from the 330's. This community will have an entrance on Highway 71 and connect from the Falconhead entrance on Highway 620.  Falconhead isn't a new community, but Falconhead will greatly expand a nice neighborhood built around one of the best public golf courses in Texas.
