Everyone in Austin is watching the downtown skyline transform as taller and taller buildings go up.  Well, here comes another.  Developer Tom Stacy has announced plans for a 66 story hotel and condo tower at 5th and Brazos.  Next to this will be a 32 or 33 story office/retail tower and 1200 car parking garage.  The 820 foot condo tower will house 200 condos and 300 hotel rooms.  The new 66 story structure will tower more than 400 feet above the Bank of America.  That building seemed to have started the trend of new, tall buildings in downtown Austin.
