I read a Wall Street Journal recently that gave reasons to believe that the national housing crisis is over.  Click here to read the article.  The article talks about inventory dropping and prices having dropped a huge amount.  It also talks about people's incomes continuing to grow.  The combination of decreasing housing prices and relatively good incomes, combined with low interest rates, make me think that buyers who don't have a house to sell should go ahead and buy.
