This is a nice area around Lake Travis, and there are certainly some nice homes in the immediate area. It looks like your sellers paid ~427k in 2005 (might be wrong about price). If that number is right, do you really think this home appreciated 13.5% for the last 3 years (the house was probably completed mid 2005 or later, so the per year appreciation is even higher)?

Anon - This isn't my listing. I am helping another agent try to get the word out. As for the price when this was bought, I suspect that it may not have been completely finished when it was purchased and that the builder was paid more later to customize the finish.
That is a nice house but it looks really skinny and tall when it should be a little more wider. It is a good looking home with nice arches.
Cedar - Some homes around the lake are built tall to to be able to have a lake view.
