Cave Without a Name Near Boerne, TX

This is one of many very cool speleotherms (cave formations) to look at in Cave Without a Name. The cave is around 11 miles east of Boerne and is one of the nicest caves I have toured in Texas. This is a living cave with formations that are constantly growing. There is usually a lot of water dripping in the cave and running in the underground river, but because of the exceptional drought we have been in, the cave isn't quite as damp right now. Around an hour and 45 minutes from Austin, Cave Without a Name is worth a day trip.
